AFGHANISTAN NATIONAL KABADDI FEDERATION (ANKF) has completed the basics and the technical trainings of the Game Kabaddi
Afghanistan National Kabaddi Federation (ANKF) took a positive part in the basics and Technical Training of Kabaddi from 15th of june till 1st of July 2008 at Faridabad district of Haryana by Indian National Style Kabaddi Federation. In the middle of the training period ANKF also performed a training observation test match with the Indian National Style Kabaddi team and had a very high performance in the test match.

AFGHANISTAN NATIONAL KABADDI FEDERATION (ANKF)'s Selected team is going to take participate in the training session of Kabaddi Basics and technical trainings in India by Indian National Kabaddi federation.
Afghanistan National Kabaddi Federation (ANKF) will take part in the Training of Kabaddi Basics and technical trainings from 16th of June 2008 till 1st of July 2008 in Faridabad India.
The training is conducted by the All India National Kabaddi Federation on request of Afghanistan National Kabaddi Federtion (ANKF)'s team training and coaching for the upcoming International championship of Kabaddi in India on 7th, 8th, and 9th o November,2008.

Afghanistan National Kabaddi Federation (ANKF) emergency general meeting was held at WTKA_Afghanistan sports club office Kabul, Afghanistan.
Agenda of the meeting:
- The agenda for the meeting was for the selection of a team for basics and technical trainings in the Game Kabaddi:
It’s decided that the selected team will work on the ANKF Team who’ll prepare the team for participation on 7th, 8th, and 9th o November, 2008 international Kabaddi Championship which will held in Faridabad India.
It’s also decided that Mr. Daud Babar (Acting President) and Mr. Samiullah Musharaf Vice president & Sec. Gen will arrange the half of the airfare of the team and the half of that amount will be arrange themselves by the participants.
A project proposal will also be prepared by Mr. Obaidullah Khalil for the Head Quarter and Three regional offices and their regional training halls.

The meeting was ended with the Slogan of Kabaddi for Peace & development and a fight against Narcotics.
ANKF Team will take Participation in Kabaddi Championship at Busan Games 2008 (Korea)
The Afghanistan National Kabaddi Federation (ANKF) is invited for the 4th BUSAN TAFISA also known as TreX-Games Busan 2008 world sports by Busan, Republic of Korea from 25th of September to 3rd of October 2008.
The Afghanistan National Kabaddi Federation (ANKF) is invited for participation in the International cup Faridabad India. The championship will take place on 7th, 8th, and 9th of November 2008 in Faridabad India. The Afghanistan National Kabaddi Team will visit india two weeks before the championship to practice and get the advance trainings in the game Kabaddi for better results and we hope that Afghanistan will won the championship.(انشاءالله)

Afghan National Kabaddi Federation (Regional tournament)
On the occasion of New Year, a demonstration Kabaddi match was organised followed by the 1 st Regional Kabaddi Tournament which was participated by four provinces. A huge public crowd took serious interest in Kabaddi and encouraged the Kabaddi players during the tournament.
Several senior citizens appreciated our Federation and players for our initiations to promote the game of Kabaddi. They also said that it reminded the golden days when the Kabaddi was played in school and villages of Afghanistan.
The final results of the 1st regional Kabaddi tournament participated by provinces including one Boarder Police team held on 22nd March 2006 are as below:
Nangarhar Province team - 1st
Kunarha Province team - 2nd
Laghman Province team - 3rd
Boarder Police team - 4th
